Had a wonderful Sunday roast today. As someone who recently has been trying more vegan foods I was really pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable the vegan roast was. Was served by the owner and Josh who were the nicest blokes with the best service! Very chatty and smiley even with the heat wave and how busy it was. Josh was great really enjoyed chatting with him. Dog friendly. Very decent priced food and drinks. All in all 10/10 🩷🩷

One of the best Sunday roasts I've ever had. Firstly, the service was outstanding. Such kind and attentive staff. Secondly, value for money. Each roast came with every side for no extra cost. Choice of sauce and extra gravy was also included. Lastly, the food was so delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Would highly recommend this pub to everyone!

Had an excellent sunday pork roast here, and could only manage a small pud after as i was so stuffed. Staff really good, and it's dog friendly too. Good value. Sunday booking a must.

Popped into here on the way to the SS Great Britian and it’s a little gem with loads of local drinks with low “travel” miles. Menu looked good too and it’s all good value. The Malbec is good too. We only came in for drinks. There is a log fire too. 👍

Loving the atmosphere here with the outdoor patio. The chicken sandwich and their weekly special meal (brisket stew with rice) was absolutely delicious and the price matches well with the portion. Great place to stop by on a Friday evening for sure~
