Having been there several months ago and had a great time (friendly staff, clean and fun place for babies and toddlers, convenient location) I have tried to visit every few weeks at around 3pm, and have been told each and every time that it is closing early because it is "exceptionally quiet". This has resulted in a very sad toddler and a very disappointed parent. This is the only business I've ever encountered that regularly closes before it's advertised opening hours without forewarning and it strikes me as highly unprofessional. PLEASE could you advertise early closures via your website in advance. I have taken to ignoring this cafe as an option due to the repeated disappointment for my child. Will gladly resume custom once this issue is sorted out because it's a great space!
Highly recommend!! We had our daughters 6th party here and from the moment of booking through to the end we can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Sophie deserves a special mention for all her ideas/input and hard work to make the party day special. The fluffy stuffie party, allows the children to make a soft toy and then have time to play in the play area after. The children had a great time and a big thank you from us!
I have just visited Wild Play Project at The Mall, Bristol with the twin boys I look after. The boys (2 yrs 3 months) had the most amazing morning exploring the many different play areas, and it was a joy to enjoy the experience with them. Every area was clean and well organised and encouraged both sensory and small world play. The space designed to encourage children to climb was also well designed and thought out to provide challenges to develop gross motor skills such as strength, balance and coordination. The food in the cafe is great, the boys loved their tuna toasties) and a fair price. The air con was an added bonus as we visited on a very hot day. I also enjoyed the bird song being played through speakers. This was very relaxing! Big shout out to Torzii, the manager. She gave us a warm welcome and reassured me the boys were unable to get through the exit gate without me (important when caring for twins). A really gem of a place for entertaining toddlers. We all had a fabulous time and will definitely return again soon. Thank you 🤩
Came here a few weeks ago when my car was being fixed at BMW. Had my little 10 month old with me and was dropped to the mall at request had walked round the shops not really much for us there. Found this lovely place! Was just what was needed to pass the time for my little one, the lady behind the desk was absolutely lovely and throughout the couple of hours we spent here I saw her numerous time go round and tidy the toys up. My daughter had a really lovely play here with various different toys and we will definitely be back if we are up that way again.
Lovely play area for children and very helpful staff. They hosted a party for pre-schoolers and everybody loved it! I didn’t have to do anything but show up. Great experience! The private party room was beautifully set up, it really felt like being in the forest. The children and adults alike loved it! The main play area may not seem very big, but there’s plenty to do and keep the children entertained for a long time. There’s sandpit with activities and beach house, brick building area, play kitchen, tree house, rope bridge, slides and a baby corner even my 4 year old enjoyed exploring. All a great way of exposing the children to the natural world. Personally, I was looking for an alternative to the soft play areas I visited before and this place has such a character, it’s amazing!
