The place is allocated near the high street which is few minutes walk or drive which was good for the family outing etc. We stayed for 3 days and the only thing we were disappointed with that the rooms and kitchen needed more attention with cleaning and stained carpet. We were not provided with face tissue, shower gel, dish washer capsules, spare bin bag the bin in the kitchen was without the lid, it was smelling on the next day. The housekeeping and customer service needs improving. Everything else was ok.
Great stay at their apartment in old market Bristol. Clear communication and easy check in. They were very accommodating. Very clean and spacious flat. Will definitely be coming back again as the location is perfect. Parking was also very easy in the area and close to the train station.
We had a great stay at Arabica House, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-organised with smooth communication throughout. Would definitely stay again!
We had the most wonderful stay here in January. The apartment was neat and clean and we could really not find any fault. The beds were comfy (which is always an issue for us!) and everything exceeded our expectations - Truly a memorable visit.
Stayed here for 5 nights with my husband in a 2 bedroom apartment. We had apartment number 9 on the far corner, 2nd floor. It was so quiet, we didn't hear a single noise from anywhere inside. It's really well decorated, a few scuff marks on the wall, but that's fine for us. Good quality furnishings, comfy king sized beds, and a home from home. It had everything we needed and more. Great location too. Lovely shower in the en suite. I had to knock 1 star off due to the sofa. It's a big L shaped sofa so looks comfy, but the padded cushions on ours were really hard. So much so that it triggered my sciatica again and I was in a lot of pain and couldn't get comfortable at all on it. I even put a duvet on it and it still felt like we were sitting on concrete. The entrance carpet needs a good clean and there was a duvet hanging over the stairs the whole time we were there. Also a mop handle across the stairs poking through the bannister, which is a trip hazard if not noticed. Parking good. Car park a 1 minute walk away.
