As a skilled Tecar and MLD therapist, Monika has been central to not only my recovery after surgery but also in helping me manage my Lipoedema and lymphoedema on a day to day basis. She is very knowledgable, caring, friendly and has a great bedside manner. I can only say positive things about my treatments with her. I highly recommend Monika to anyone who suffers from Lipoedema or who is recovering from surgery and needs a genuine MLD therapist.

I’ve been seeing Monika at Rehab and Heal for several months now, mainly for my spine and sciatic pain, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. She uses TECAR therapy, and the results have been incredible. My pain has improved massively, especially with my spine and sciatica, which tend to flare up from time to time. Whenever that happens, Monika is always my first point of call. Recently, I also started treatment for a torn adductor and very tight hamstrings, and again, her approach has been thoughtful, precise, and genuinely focused on helping me recover properly. Monika is extremely knowledgeable, but what really stands out is how much she truly cares. You can see that she puts real intention into every session and always aims to deliver the best possible outcome. Her approach to patients is warm, attentive, and professional. Even though her schedule is very busy, she always tries her best to fit me in, often reaching out if a last-minute slot becomes available, which I really appreciate. If you’re struggling with chronic pain or injuries, I can’t recommend Monika highly enough. I’ll definitely continue my treatments with her.
I highly recommend Monika! She is an incredible specialist. I had a course of post-surgery MLD massage combined with Advanced Tecar therapy, and the results exceeded my expectations. It was crucial for me to deal with fibrosis and scarms, and thanks to Monika's expertise and the medical-grade Tecar technology, the inflammation significantly decreased and the tissue became much softer. Beyond her professional skills, Monika is exceptionally attentive. From the very first moment, you truly feel like a valued client—she genuinely cares about the result and treats you with such kindness and care. I am so glad I found her!
