I recently celebrated my birthday at The Lost & Found with a group of more than 20 people, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was managed so smoothly from start to finish. The food was amazing. I personally had the fish, which was excellent, and others in my group ordered different dishes like steak, and everyone was really happy with their meals. After the event, many of my friends came up to me and said how much they enjoyed themselves, which made me really glad. The atmosphere was beautiful and added so much to the celebration. The service was also very good. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but the whole team was incredibly helpful and supportive, especially considering I arrived a bit late. They still made sure everything went perfectly. I just have seen some negative reviews but from my experience, I feel like planning and communication make all the difference. If you coordinate well with the management and organise your event properly, I’m sure you’ll have a great time just like I did. A big thank you to The Lost & Found team for making my birthday so special. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again in the future. I’ve also attached some photos from the celebration! 🎉
Really enjoyed my visit today. The atmosphere is lively and warm, with a nice balance between a social vibe and a comfortable dining space. I had the pan-fried chicken breast with a side of broccoli — both were well cooked, fresh, and nicely presented. The chicken was tender and flavorful without being too heavy, and the vegetables were simple but done right. Service was friendly and attentive throughout. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I’d definitely come back, especially when looking for a relaxed but quality meal.
Food was beautiful and spot on for a bottomless! We had a bit of a pause at one point but the staff were upfront, and offered an extra drink to apologise. Excellent service, friendly and great couple of hours. Would recommend
I would in particular like to thank Roberta, she was friendly, welcoming and the most knowledgeable, hostess/staff member I have encountered. Her knowledge of the food and drinks was incredible. We will be back. Fabulous food and service.
