order by Qr code or go to the bar, outdoor seating. pizza was of the very thin and crumbly/flakey/crispy variety rather than a chewy crusted sourdough. I had pepperoni which had a very slight spicyness to it. Nice to sit by the water, tend to get homeless asking for change along that route though. Outdoor seating was on benches & the tables were very close together so you are back to back with the next table.
Pizza is Mid but pretty tasty I recommend keeping it in the oven a tiny bit longer for that signature Italian brown but not burnt crust. Staff are pleasant but service is mid too, no attempt to upsell during check back, no additional drinks or desert offered. Pretty okay will be back eventually leaving 4 starts although it's 6.5/10.
Not sure why the place shows up as a hotel , but 5 stars for service, food and atmosphere. Great experience! The place has such a nice, lively vibe, with lots of different seating options ranging from couches, tables with chairs, and bench seating, making it feel really comfortable and welcoming. There’s also a great bar with loads of beer and cider choices. The food menu has a really good variety of freshly made pizzas and sides. We had the plant-based pizza, The Forager, and coleslaw, and everything tasted amazing. The Forager was especially good — fresh, wholesome, and almost like a fresh salad on flatbread, which made it the perfect lighter addition alongside the pizza. Really appreciated that they offer vegan mayonnaise and lots of plant-based options across the menu too. Staff are also very kind, smiley abd welcoming. Definitely recommend!
We came for a bottomless brunch and we can’t talk highly enough of our experience. The food is excellent and such good value for money - we were so full we couldn’t finish everything! The service is incredible, so attentive and everyone kept checking in on us. We have a few allergies and dietary requirements and the staff tailored our experience to that too. We will definitely be back, get yourself down to The Stable, Bristol!
