We were here to eat arpund lunch time. It was no problem to get a table for four. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is delicious. I absolutely loved it. Thank you to the super nice staff. I would love to come back when there is a event going on.
I attended the Thursday salsa jazz event and thoroughly enjoyed it. The jam session was particularly delightful. Bristol boasts incredibly talented musicians and the canteen provides a platform for them to showcase their skills. As a Latin American, I appreciate these events being organised for us.
Another one of my favourite venues, or simply places to drink in Bristol. I've been there alone, with friends, strangers, dates and I've always had a good time
Loved discovering Canteen on our visit to Bristol from Manchester. Had 2 amazing vegetarian meals there, which were delicious. A very friendly cool venue. Loved the Brazilian Bossa Nova band and dancing on our first night, and returned and caught 2 different bands the following nights. Great outdoor space too. 100% recommend if in Montpelier.
