I was stayed here for the business trip . I had great time in here . The reception staff Tom , Alex and Melinda were amazing and helpful. The restaurant staff Nikos , Sltra and Raegu also helped me a lot . The food and room were great 👍. It is worth to choose to stay. And free water is perfect.
Stay for two nights whilst on a work trip. The staff were helpful, despite the check-in system being down. Rooms were a decent size, had all necessary amenities and well furnished - I particularly like the little "nook" you can sit in by the window. Breakfast was a standard buffet but all well cooked. Location is ideal for the train station, but a little away from the centre of town.
Perfect location for central Bristol, the harbour and Temple Meads station. Was able to leave my car in the hotel's carpark and walk everywhere I needed to for three days. The hotel decor is a little tired but that's reflected in the relatively cheap room rates. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The good bit is that there was ample parking and the rooms are a good size. The furnishing in the room was newly refreshed. While it looks to be a Doubletree Hilton, it is a franchise as the room bill explains that this hotel is owned by another hotel company and it states it on page two of the bill. The Hilton Honors app doesn’t automatically show up with your bill so be sure to ask for a print out or get it emailed to you if you need the receipt. The breakfast has a good choice and similar to other doubletree hotel breakfasts. Staff are friendly. For me the poor cleaning means I won’t be staying at this doubletree again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in England and were very pleased with everything. We would especially like to highlight the warm hospitality and friendly welcome — from the very first moments we felt at home. The staff were attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, making our stay especially comfortable. Special thanks to Melinda, Leonardo and Tom. Thank all of you for the care and the lovely experience. We would be happy to come back again. 🤗
