We absolutely loved the food here and would return to Bristol just to eat here again. We were served by Kundan who did a great job looking after us. He recommended the Mixed Tawa which was simply delicious and had lots of variety. It was the perfect choice and we enjoyed everything on the Tawa. Certainly one of the best in terms of quality and value for money. Highly recommend.
•We came from London to visit Bristol, and this was our first time having dinner at Haveli The Yard. It was an amazing experience! We tried the pani puri, onion bhaji, paneer karahi, and garlic naan, and every dish was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. •The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to KUNDAN who served us with a smile and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. • We highly recommend Haveli The Yard to anyone visiting Bristol. We will definitely visit again when we're back in Bristol! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I organised 2 different meals for large groups, the first for 14 people and the second for 21. For the first we ordered the mix Tawas, starters for the second we had the whole lamb as part of the Royal Buffet. On both occasions the food was spot on. It’s authentic Pakistani food with a taste of home and flavours were great and portions generous and enough variety to satisfy mosts tastes. The star of the show was by far the whole lamb which was tender, moist and not too heavily spiced. The owner Amir was attentive, and came to our table with a chicken and lamb karahi we ordered and personally served us. Kumdan was also very accommodating and ensured we were looked after. Many modern Pakistani/Indian restaurants are far removed from their culinary roots but not Haveli, its focus on traditional has paid off and I look forward to revisiting again soon.
My husband and I really enjoyed the food and mocktails here. Everything fully halal and honestly the curries were perfect, the atmosphere was lovely. They do not serve alcohol on premises, instead they have a mocktail bar with so some really lovely drinks.
Another great find in Bristol. We had a warm welcome and spoke with Amir, the owner, who was very passionate about the restaurant and its menu. We ordered the Tawa Platter which was for 2-3 people but could easily have fed four so we took quite a bit home. Divine lamb chops, delicious spicy kebabs, succulent chicken tikka and loads more, not to mention the large family naan. On our list for a revisit!
