Would avoid for earwax service in particular. Had my ears cleaned and left feeling as though there was some improvement but not a complete and thorough clean. 5 weeks later after following their aftercare advice, the same ear is completely blocked again (including hearing loss), and bupa advised me to spend ANOTHER appointment fee for a re-cleaning as it's been over 4 weeks. Really disappointed.
