The most authentic chinese noodles in Bristol. I 100% recommend coming here, and I'll definitely be coming back multiple times. The hand pulled noodles were amazing and I consider it great value for money.
We had hand-pulled noodle soup with braised beef brisket it was so good, you can really taste that it was freshly made. The pan fried pork cabbage dumpling was perfectly cooked. It’s a must a try who loves noodles! 5⭐️
Really tasty noodles. I have tried both the soup and dry beef brisket and they’re fantastic. I love the concept of being able to add your own chilli oil, spring onions and coriander. Next time I come back, I’m keen to try their side dishes.
tastes like home! 肉夹馍(rou-jia-muo) so juicy i craved it so much the next day. Both the beef noodle soup broth and then pickled spicy soup were extremely flavourful! Highly recommend this place.
Food (5/5): The hand-pulled noodles are the star — great texture and the soup is flavorful without being too salty. Beef brisket and bone broth versions are both solid. Other dishes: Roujiamo (Chinese burger) is nicely seasoned, pan-fried dumplings are crispy and filled well. Atmosphere/Service: Clean, fast, staff are efficient.
