I stayed for a few nights and unfortunately found that the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working. I reported the issue to the reception, and the manager, Adam, arranged for me to move to another room immediately on the first night. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the second room wasn’t working either. As there were no other rooms available at the time, Adam promised to move me to a different room the following day. Fortunately, the air conditioning in the third room worked perfectly and completely resolved the issue. I really appreciate Adam’s patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. 👍🏻 He handled the situation promptly and did everything he could to make my stay comfortable. I’m a frequent guest at this hotel, and I’ve never experienced any air-conditioning issues before. I hope the management can improve the air-conditioning system to prevent this from happening again. Thank you again, Adam, for your outstanding service!
Was very glad about the air-conditioning working in the room during the heatwave. However, the room wasnt cleaned properly- there was a hair claw clip under the bed, and between the window and sofa bed there were crisps on the floor. The breakfast wasnt great, hash browns were hard and the pastries/sweet were stale
Great service, amazing rooms, they look like normal Holiday Inn rooms, free breakfast like other Expresses but it's very limited, no Hot Chocolates for kids. The other problem is that we called ahead and they booked 2 interconnected family rooms on our IHG membership, however when we got there, it was 2 separate rooms. The other room had an interconnecting door to a completely different room, which is a massive security issue, so we had to request a different room, and on request, they said that they found 2 interconnected rooms that were available, and have us those. Otherwise this was a great experience!
Fantastic service from staff, very friendly. We were given a corner room which provided more space as there were 2 adults and 1 14 year old. The room was clean and spacious even with the sofa bed. Parking wasn’t too expensive for the 1 night we stayed. Breakfast was busy, but we were pre-warned at check in of this due to it being during half term. We didn’t wait long to be seated, but a lot of things were empty and not replenished which was the only downside. Overall highly recommend!
