Turned up adhoc on Saturday evening needing a room. Reception staff really nice and friendly. Room was immaculate. Parking free. Would recommend this hotel and moving on would stay at other hotels in this chain.
I absolutely loved my stay here. The room is lovely. Nice touch with the Dyson hair dryer and GHD straighteners. It meant I could pack a lot lighter. The shampoo and conditioner were chefs kiss. Food at the diner was lovely. This hotel was booked by my company but will definitely be asking to stay here again when I’m next required to be in Bristol. You won’t be disappointed.
Outstanding Group Dining Experience We recently visited Mollie’s Diner as a group of 22 and were extremely impressed with the experience from start to finish. We had submitted a pre-order in advance and the organisation was exceptional. Not only was every order delivered quickly and accurately, but the team had also matched each meal to individual names, making service seamless and efficient for such a large group. The service was incredibly well coordinated. Despite being a party of 22, we were seated, served, enjoyed our meals, and were on our way again within 50 minutes. That's no small achievement and reflects just how organised and customer-focused the team is. A huge shout-out to Charity and the gentleman who assisted her in looking after our group. They were friendly, professional, attentive, and played a huge part in making everything run so smoothly. Thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic experience. We were all very impressed and would happily return in the future. 👏😊
We booked one night at Mollies Motel (with my son) as we were attending Bristol Uni Open Day. We stayed in the bunk bed room which really lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar is really nice in the Motel. Breakfast was okay in the Diner, nothing special but it was convenient Really easy to get the bus right outside which takes you straight to the Uni (45/55min). Would definitely book again
We visited as a family of 4 with two teenage boys. We had a bunk room and were very impressed. The boys both enjoyed having their own little pod with plug sockets, usb plugs and a lamp. The rain shower was broken at the time but there is a separate shower so wasn't an issue. The Dyson Hairdryer and GHDs were a really lovely touch and made it feel very fancy! The Cow Shed products in the room smelt delicious and made my hair so smooth and silky. The bar was lovely and well priced and the garden was really nice with giant connect 4 and board games you could borrow and take out with you. It was hot when we visited so we used the garden but there are lovely seats inside too. There is free tea and coffee for guests in the bar too. All staff we came into contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic time!
