We went after dinner for a couple rounds of bowling. I brought my own bowl and my own shoes as I’d just shined them and wanted to test them out. They were very accommodating to my own bowl bag. Olivia was brilliant and so welcoming for such a professional bowler. Super looked after us and enabled us to hit strike after strike. Will come again (for Olivia and strikes, in that order)
We visited Lane7 Bristol on Saturday lunchtime, 20th June 2026, and I wanted to leave a review specifically for Olivia, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, Olivia was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to make sure everything was running smoothly and regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her friendly personality and genuine enthusiasm really stood out and helped make our visit even more enjoyable. In a world where exceptional customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Olivia went above and beyond. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she consistently delivered service with a smile. It was clear that she genuinely cared about ensuring all guests had a great experience. Olivia is a real asset to Lane7 Bristol and a credit to the business. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Olivia, for helping make our Saturday lunchtime visit such a memorable one. We will definitely be returning and hope to see you again soon!
A fun place to spend a great time with friends or family. You can choose a package with 2 or 3 games, and there are also other arcade-style games available. The atmosphere is great, and even the restroom is surprisingly cool and worth mentioning 😅.
We recently visited Lane 7 on a family trip away and as it was a first for us . The staff were so helpful, particular Liv … she had a great understanding of my son’s autism without me needing to mention it. Ensuring he had options to help us all feel comfortable and inclusive. Nothing felt a bother to her, as she would check in with us regularly. We will definitely come back again and would also recommend to anyone with or without extra needs to give it a visit, there was so much to try that fitted with all ages making it a great family experience. How can this place be any less than the full 5 stars Awesome vibes Tasty food Great staff Funky toilets Lots of skill games to battle out with mates Standard pool tables FREE old school games. Sega. SNES. Nintendo. Bowling was great fun Darts was amazing. Cool captions and games. Darts is a must try if you come here Really wanted to try the cup pong. Deffo next time Perfect night out Keep up the great work guys!
