I had been really looking forward to coming here for cocktails with my daughters for my birthday. On the website it says that you can just turn up for drinks. On arrival we walked up the steps to a staff member that saw us as she was stood at the top, but ignored us for a good few minutes before asking if we had a reservation. I said no as on the website... She cut me off mid sentence and asked if we were having food, I replied that we would like to start with cocktails. She then told us to find a seat on the outside deck and go order our drinks at the bar. The atmosphere was non existent and the choice of cocktails disappointing. My daughter had a mocktail (expensive) which was awful and had to leave. The drinks also took 25 minutes to arrive (only 3) A very disappointing birthday experience, so we left and went for cocktails further down, where it was a lovely atmosphere, attentive staff and outlook. I would definitely not recommend.
Absolutely delicious and lovely staff. Really special. Recommend the cherry spicy marg!
A Delicious Lunch I had in Bristol Docks earlier today, with a Glass of Cider on the side of course "Bristol Homemade" 🍺 with an excellent view, the Staff were very friendly and helpful too, thank you all very much, definitely worth visiting! 😋 🍽 ⛴️
