Clean and comfortable. Amazing staff, helpful and so friendly. Amazing free breakfast and all good quality foods too.
The family room was small. Appreciate the sofa bed was up so didn’t help. The room decor was a bit tired in places. The staff were very lovely. Reception team were so friendly and accommodating, I grabbed extra stuff for the room and they couldn’t help enough. The breakfast was good. Plentiful, enough choice and included in the room rate. Overall, I’d recommend and I would stay again.
Thank you to Kirsty on reception who was so professional and friendly on arrival. Lower stars just because other hotels are in more enviable locations in Bristol but the price point for this one is lower, which reflects the location on a large roundabout. More of a budget feel but it's clean and you can walk into the centre from here. All staff were really helpful.
Really nice hotel! Staff super friendly, especially Luke at breakfast, so helpful! Breakfast was really good with a wide choice and the rooms were lovely. Air-con was much needed and beds very comfy! Location great for walking around Bristol.
We stayed here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. At breakfast, the team made us feel just as welcome and let us know they were more than happy to help with anything we needed, which really added to the warm atmosphere. When we entered our room, we were greeted with a lovely anniversary card and beautifully decorated bed, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our celebration feel even more special. The hotel itself is very nice and the location couldn't be better. There are so many attractions and places to visit within a 20-minute walk, with many just 5–10 minutes away, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. This was genuinely one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we've ever had. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming hotel in a great location.
