I stayed here with my family for my sisters graduation. We had 3 rooms, my room was fine, however my parent’s room was not. The AC was not working, it was very hot and humid, the walls were peeling off and the room was far from “luxurious”. When we went to breakfast, I found the tone of the hosts to be rude and blunt. Also the toilets for the resturant was filthy, hair all over the floor, as if someone gave themselves a trim there.
Had an amazing time at the spa today, one of the best ones I've been to, it is small but mighty! Fantastic value for money and all the staff we encountered were AMAZING. Our massages were wonderful and the subterranean spa was tranquil and super relaxing we had lunch in the bar space upstairs and the duck was probably one of the best things I've ever eaten, complimentary prosecco and body scrub with our treatment was just exceptional and I would recommend the spa and dining to everyone. We spent the whole day there and would happily go back again. The amenities in the changing room were good with lots of hooks and benches it was clean and bright, there were spa products to test and try in the showers and at the sinks would rate our day 10/10 thank you again
What a beautiful hotel. Our room was a lovely size with stunning individuality. The bed and linen were really high quality. The extras in the bathroom were great too. Bar area is lovely, the service was great. We don’t have dinner but breakfast the next morning was one of the best we’ve had. Continental buffet with al a carte cooked. Quality of food and speed of service were excellent. Will definitely return.
We stayed at The Harbour for 2 nights and it was a great experience. Brilliant location in the old city — loads of bars and restaurants nearby and everything is easy to walk to. It feels lively around the hotel, but not overly busy or noisy. Really unusual/unique hotel, lovely rooms, and everything was incredibly clean throughout. The spa area is gorgeous and I had a deep tissue back massage with Martha who was brilliant. We also had lunch and cocktails in the restaurant, plus breakfast before we left — loads of choice, with great cooked options as well as a solid continental buffet. Would definitely recommend.
Great location. Lovely old building (bank). Slightly quirky interior. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast (great hot options all cooked to order; reasonable continental offer but only a small amount of anything actually kept out on display). Slightly odd having complementary dribble of gin in the bedrooms. Small gym and pool.
