I really liked this placed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a comfortable dinning room which overlooks the water. The time between courses was perfect and really added to the experience. I wish I’d gone for the optional extras, because I could have eaten a bit more. Definitely be back!
My second visit here, exquisite food, service and wine pairings. The reason I'm giving one less star is that the last time I visited there were three items in the 'snacks to start' (absolutely delicious) and this time only one item which was really disappointing to be honest. They also now charge extra £10 for the 'cheese' element of the tasting menu which was included last time. Edited to add that I just went to Gorse in Cardiff where they have three seperate and delicious 'snack starters' which Adelina used to include but scaled down to one.
We had a wonderful dinner experience at this restaurant during a short city break in Bristol, after my friend found it on Google. After a quick and easy email exchange, we managed to reserve the Chef’s Table for Friday night. The Chef’s Table is a high table located in front of the kitchen counter, and if you are interested in gastronomy, this is truly the best place to be seated. Watching the team at work added so much to the experience. All the serving and kitchen staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, happily sharing even the smallest details about the dishes and ingredients when we asked. The wine pairing was beyond perfect, offering interesting and unusual selections that complemented the menu beautifully. We enjoyed a tasting menu with a wide variety of dishes from cold starters to desserts. Everything was perfectly balanced — even though there were many courses, we didn’t leave feeling overly full or unsatisfied. The pacing of the service was also spot on, and it was impressive to watch the team handle the entire restaurant with such efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommended for any foodies!
Had the most amazing meal at Adalina Yard last night, every course was incredible. We’ve tried quite a few tasting menus around bristol and this is definitely our favourite, excited to return again soon!Photo is of the best chicken dish I’ve ever had - was too excited to photograph anything else!
One the best dining experiences I had on this side of the Atlantic, including two Michelin stars restaurants. I really enjoyed the friendly informal but attentive service. The food is excellent, and creative without being challenging. My favourite was the daily cheese with brioche and jam. The Chalk stream trout shiso and scallop kohlrabi turnip hazelnut were also memorable. The pork belly course was superb. Highly recommended.
