My first burrito in the UK and it was delicious. As a California girl I have very high expectations, and they were definitely met. The pork was so succulent and I loved the pickled onions all the little bits. Also the margaritas are great. Definitely a cool little spot.

Chido Wey’s Cali-Mex offering is excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, packed with flavour, and clearly made fresh. The nachos and tacos were amazing, and their house sauce seriously needs to be bottled! The churros with the hint of chilli were such a nice touch too. The drinks were spot on, and the atmosphere was fun, welcoming, with great Mexican music that really added to the vibe. The portion sizes were incredibly generous and definitely great value for money; we may have slightly underestimated just how much food was coming! Staff were really friendly and made us feel looked after from start to finish. One of the best Mexican meals we’ve had lately… so please don’t judge us when we’re back again next week!

Great menu and the staff were really nice. We had the tacos and the serving size was really good for each main dish. We almost couldn't finish our portion so got the remaining items packed away. The staff was really nice and super helpful with the orders. They even gladly customised my drink. Overall a fantastic experience. For the starters we had the classic nachos, tlyauda (must try) and then for the mains we ordered the mother chorizo tacos and the Chainsmokers tacos. Overall all the items were really really good and truly authentic mexican food journey.

Loved the food. All VERY tasty and decent sizes. We got all three of the options you can choose from and I would say maybe the soft shell tacos are a little smaller than the burrito and enchilada. We also got the nachos and they were soooo good! We shared them between 3 of us and there was still some left. The drinks were good. The only downside for me was that unfortunately there was a large group in there and due to it being such a small restaurant, it meant the noise bounced off the walls a lot meaning it was hard to sometimes chat. All okay when the big group left though.
