Just what I've been waiting for, without a doubt my wellness go to! Ice baths, Infrared & Nordic saunas, Infrared room, LED fasmask, massage gun & PEMF mat, not to mention their yoga teachers are second to none, great range of classes for all levels. The studio is well equipped and the right temperature to help muscles and fascia relax. The bundles and membership deals are great offers too. Absolutely perfect!
Great studio space, beautifully and lovingly restored and now with state of the art heating tech. Brilliant instructors, friendly, warm and creative and all kinds of classes from tough physicality to totally restorative..I've been a member 4-6 weeks and love the people, place and sessions. Likewise at least 2 kinds of saunas and steam and cold plunge. This place is a real gem.
Great place. So much love and attention has gone into setting this yoga wellness studio up. After a hot yoga class, I had an infra red sauna and cold plunge which was very restorative. Thoroughly recommend Well Flexed!
Such an amazing restorative yoga class I had today followed by sauna and ice bath. A hidden gem near Gloucester Road. Welcoming and friendly staff. J’adore !!
Just had a wonderful hot yoga class in a bespoke studio complimented by a sauna and ice bath session afterwards. Especially loved the infra red sauna for warming up my bones on a blustery morning. Am still feeling the benefits now! What a sanctuary and amazing place to discover. Lucky Bristol! A real gem.
