2nd visit here , was MJ celebration day party. Friendly lovely security/ticket check. Nice and clean, just ground floor open but enough space for everyone. Lovely bar staff, good service and reasonable prices- cheaper than most pubs ( £8 double spirit n mixer) Brilliant DJ sets, singers and dancers. Plenty of seating and places to dance. Definately recommend.
I asked the doorman if dj hilly was performing, he was polite but stressed that he didnt know who was performing inside. I went through to the payment area and again asked if Hilly was performing. The lady was again lovely and polite but unfortunately again said she did not know the names of the people performing that evening. I paid £20 for 2 of us (including a tip) to walk in to see the performer was not on and left minutes later. this is only a constructive form of feedback given the state of the nightlife industry these days. It would be great if the staff were briefed on the performers/artists/entertainers performing that night. perhaps set times if there are changes etc. worst case, having a cheat sheet around the door or payment area incase a customer had turned up to see an artist or act etc. It would be great if the staff member was able to confirm or let the customer know if that artist etc was performing As i hope this tiny bit of insight from a customer journey can help to enhance the customer experience, wishing you all the best, thank you.
Had a really fun time Friday night. Really good music, friendly staff. Cheap drinks. Felt safe with security walking around. Toilets could be more clean some didn’t have a toilet seat on. The ball pit was fun but stunk of pee. Need to be more strict on id as I had a 14 yr old boy talking to me.
