Description

Discover the thrill of horseback-style archery on foot. Join a qualified Intermediate BHAA Coach at Currypool Equestrian and learn the art of instinctive shooting inspired by mounted archery traditions — all in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Start on foot, developing key techniques used by horseback archers, before moving on to a wooden horse, where you can practice balance, rhythm, and timing just like a mounted archer — no real horse required. Throughout the session, take part in skills, drills, and archery games, designed to build confidence and accuracy while keeping things light-hearted and enjoyable. Perfect for beginners and experienced archers alike, this unique activity helps improve focus, coordination, and body awareness, while offering a taste of the dynamic world of horseback archery.
