Lauren is incredibly talented at massage , she got my knots gone and I felt like a new man! Definitely worth going to her if you need a massage! Very professional , very friendly and polite. 10/10 will defo go back!
Lauren was amazing. I got a great deal of £1 per minute massage when she had a pop-up at Sparks in Cabot. I started with 15 minutes but ended up extending it to 20! She was very lovely and made me feel super comfortable and focused on particular problem areas for me (I was in the thick of exam season at the time!).
Yesterday, I received a deep tissue massage from Lauren. It was amazing. I have chronic pain and was feeling very constricted. Lauren is very intuitive and caring, and she worked her magic on me. I left a different woman! Grounded, relaxed, and my body was so much more open and expansive, and with less pain. Lauren managed to go really deep. I know, because I had no choice but to take an afternoon nap (something I never do!) It was lovely, the massage helped me to truly rest, something I find hard to do; and today I feel so much better for it! Thank you Lauren. I look forward to coming back!

I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Lauren on Mother’s Day! She did an incredible job getting all the knots out—so attentive! I left feeling fantastic, and the free glass of wine was a lovely touch. Can’t wait to book again!
