I went yesterday morning for the first time and was quite tricky to find however once arrived, we received a a warm welcome from Nico explaining the different spots and felt very welcome and at ease. After our hour it was very difficult to leave as you could quite easily be tempted to stay all day there as it felt as though you had escaped from everything amd were on holiday. A beautiful setting and James and staff at cafe were lovely and welcoming too. Would definitely recommend and revist. As I feel it is now one of my favourite places to be and truly a beautiful setting to escape and be with oneself.

Brilliant experience! We booked an afternoon community session which was an hour total! 2 saunas, 4 outdoor showers with lovely products, 2 cold plunge baths and finally the amazing natural pool - all surrounded by nature! Lovely changing room areas and friendly staff that help explain the process. Brilliant place to unwind. Free parking. Would highly recommend and can’t fault. What sets this place apart is the amazing natural pool! Overall, a very relaxing session surrounded by nature

Lovely outdoor wellness experience! Saunas were gorgeous and the pond was a great addition (we embraced the slippy bottom). Niko was very friendly and always on hand when we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing hour to refresh your body and your mind.

Such a beautiful place!! Visited here for the first time tonight. It had two saunas, a pond and two ice baths! There were also little beans bags and seats to chill by the fire inbetween. Little bit more expensive than other saunas I've been to but it was worth it! Nick was very welcoming and so helpful. Everyone there had a relaxed and friendly vibe! Can't wait to return
