What an extraordinary little hotel! We stayed a night a few days ago and had the absolute best experience. The room was stunning with a copper bath, fully appointed mini bar, air-conditioning, gorgeous bed and stunning views on either side as it was a double aspect room. We opted to have breakfast in bed and cannot praise the food highly enough - the sourdough was superb. The staff were warm and welcoming and even the parking situation was managed quite easily., We especially loved the option of a late checkout at the cost of £5 per half hour, it just made things so much easier for us. There are also beautiful sitting rooms available with sumptuous chairs, low lighting and finding out they stocked my favourite white wine (La Belle Saison), we were definitely in our own personal heaven! We will definitely be back again, and again! Thank you so much for a really lovely stay.
Stayed here for a long weekend and it's easily one of the better places I've slept in Bristol. Feels like a proper home rather than a hotel. Breakfast was great, room was spot on, and the views over the city are a nice bonus. Would book again without thinking twice.
Our third time staying here, visiting family in Bristol. Understated luxury, the most comfortable bed, large rooms with a view and lovely service. Breakfast is fabulous too.
We stayed here for a very special occasion and it was a dream. Incredible hotel with a delicious breakfast in a great location. It'll be our go-to hotel the next time we're in Bristol.
Enjoyable short stay. Excellent breakfast and service, comfortable bed. Room was facing street and very quiet but it became too warm (partly because towel rail in bathroom on and couldn’t turn it off). Opened window but then noisy. Go for room at back if you can. Otherwise, great!
