Fantastic Clifton spot! You really can’t beat the location of The Channings. I love the Greene King atmosphere, and this place delivers on great drinks and brilliant pub vibes. The food is decent standard pub fare—just needs a minor tweak or extra bit of love to make it properly top-tier, but overall it’s a lovely pub and a great place to spend an afternoon!
Visited for the football last night atmosphere was something else! The lady with pink/red hair was fantastic even helped me find a seat! Weve visited before but this visit really stood out to us! Thanks for being our local ❤️ already booked for Wednesdays game! Its coming home 🏴
We didn’t stay here, just came for drinks. A pub with lots of character and a stunning beer garden. Friendly staff, just not enough of them, which meant service was painfully slow.
Came to watch England in the World Cup. The staff had a handful making sure everyone was served and happy. They did an amazing job! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Siddha was especially great— kind and friendly and always had a smile on her face. The Channings location is exceptional and love the outdoor garden. Love this place!
I have been blessed with having such a fantastic local poker spot in a beautiful setting. I was anxious and hesitant to attend the poker night for the first time but was welcomed with open arms and lots of laughter. Strongly recommend getting involved.
