First time at the Crafty Cow. Location was convenient for us and easy to reach, without there being a noise problem from the A38. We - a party of ten with children - had a good time. Ordering food and drinks from the table by qr code worked well. The beer garden was covered with a huge awning making it great for a hot summers day, without being dark. A few minor issues with our food order were corrected quickly and politely. We are planning to come back. :-)
Fabulous friendly customer service experience. Staff go up and beyond! They have wide range of drinks and foods and events! Definitely recommend love ❤️ it
Stayed for the night as visiting friends locally so it was a great base for us. Free parking when a guest so just let the team know when you check in and you can come and go as you please. Busy pub and everyone local was saying how great the food was, so I will have to check it out next time I am in Bristol. Easy 24 hour access through secured doors, handy for vapers and smokers too. Staff check you in at the bar, there is a podium there so will take you over and assist. Very friendly and welcoming, actually took us up to the room and showed us around and how to access when pub is closed. Nice to have some good old fashioned service and welcome it’s been years since someone did that. The bar was very busy (Stayed during the World Cup) but couldn’t hear anything upstairs. It was very hot but ceiling fan available (again it was a heatwave at time of writing! So very difficult everywhere) Also very well (almost too well as check out at 11 so was a dash to get out :-) Toiletries such as hand soap and shower gel for conscience and also plenty of towels. Everywhere was cleaned and perfectly comfortable had a sofa bed telly and tea and coffee, outside the rooms were extras like water etc if required. Very reasonable cost, great location and couldn’t fault it. Thanks 🤩
We enjoyed our visit ( Mothers day) roast. Great value. On arrival we was greeted by the front of house person with a smile and the seven of us was shown to our table. The Mum's were given a free wine. Nice surprise. All staff were excellent, food arrived quickly. Great proportion. The chefs gave us a great meal. Relaxed atmosphere, not to formal. Children's play area was great and well behaved. Overall a nice place to visit, well done everyone.
