Perfectly pleasant experience. Didn't struggle to get a parking space for the 2 nights I was there. Check in was smooth. Room was mostly clean (they just missed some small bits in the bathroom where someone had shaved), good size room, bed and pillows were very comfy, decent TV, decent shower, overall quiet, and good value. Good location too for shops, food, etc.
We were looking for somewhere to stay close to southmead hospital after our daughter was involved in a accident. Booked online and had a phone call straight away to confirm and instructions given on where to go and what to do. Very warm welcome and help with bags, room was clean inviting and had everything we needed. He gave us his number we could call if any problems but not needed. Would highly recommended very reasonable price for the area 5* from us
