The staff were so lovely and friendly, rooms and amenities were basic but clean and looked after, and the price for value was great, would book again if needing accommodation in Bristol. Very close to bus stops and super central. Obviously its by the harbourside so if you wanted to be near there and wapping wharf you will be in the right place.
