Really enjoyed my time at Sivo Wellness. The saunas were nice and hot, and the whole place has a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. Jake and Harry were both really friendly and made the experience even better. Will definitely be back
Brilliant experience at Sivo Wellness. The sauna and ice baths are top quality, the atmosphere is second to none and you can tell it’s run by top quality lads who really care. Left feeling refreshed and ready to attack the day.
Absolutely love this place. Starting coming predominantly post-rugby but the session quickly became the most important hour of my week! Location-wise, it’s so serene and peaceful, plus having to deliberately go out of the city and into the woods elevates it. Staff and customers are all lovely, you recognise faces quickly and even if you intend on a quiet session, it’s such a social experience that you’ll find yourself having pleasant conversations each time. Coffee is great up there too. Mind and body-wise I couldn’t recommend it enough, however you choose to spend the session, it’s 10/10 all year round. Jake, Harry, and the team have built something very special.
My friends and I had such a great experience at Sivo Wellness yesterday. The sauna is beautiful and hot, the plunge baths amazing. We didn’t use the hot tub but I’m sure we’ll be going back. The staff were really helpful. One thing I would say is that it is very hard to find as absolutely no signs to tell you where you are going. All three of us were late and apparently it’s a common occurrence so I would advise the owners to put some signs up. Didn’t ruin our experience though.
