We had the Barbacoa burger and I had truffle chips with mine. Very good burger and chips, but we feel that there are better near by, but still very good. The menus were a bit mixed, some were not consistent with prices, same menus different price on 1 or 2 items. The customer service was great 10/10. The guy that served us was legitimately funny and down to earth and accomodating. Good portions with average waiting time. All the windows were open but on a hot day, you can truly feel the heat. Maybe a few more fans needed or aircon with the way recent summers are becoming. Overall, we enjoyed the vibes and the food.

Really friendly staff and the food was amazing. The El Don burger was delicious and the chips were the best I’ve ever tasted. Even my vanilla latte was perfect. Great music playing too. This place is a great find!!

We visited Asado last Friday (13th February) for dinner and I can’t recommend it enough. The food was absolutely delicious with a great range of vegetarian and vegan options too. We had a double El Gaucho, and the vegetarian El Asado - both were absolutely amazing, with delicious toppings and rosemary fries on the side. We also ordered a side of the buffalo wings and the smoked beef croquetas, both of which were brilliant. I must also mention how great the service was - Fonzi (the owner) was really friendly, and gave great recommendations. The atmosphere was lovely. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an enjoyable lunch or dinner in Bristol. Thank you! :)

Cracking little spot on Upper Maudlin Street. The staff are cool and not overbearing; they are attentive but do not overstep. Service was swift, and they have an open kitchen if you happen to head to the bathrooms- I'd also like to note the eclectic music taste of the chefs- top tier! Anyway, the burgers were brilliant and the sides were great. Beverage options were great- local- and everything came out quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent bite to eat in the area.
