perhaps the best sunday roast i’ve ever had. absolutely massive portions (i admitted defeat and took half home), and so worth the price. the cheesy cauliflower side was amazing too. we ordered some spritz’s and those were perfectly refreshing as well. definitely a new go-to sunday roast spot in my books (:

The Sunday beef sirloin roast was so filling and delicious! The portion is massive and the beef was so tender and yummy! We also had the mini dessert and coffee to end off the meal! The raspberry creme brûlée was delicious! Service is perfect, Irina was so kind and always made sure that we were comfortable! We felt so welcomed and look forward to coming back again :))

It was our first time in this pub after seeing reviews online. We tried the Sunday Roast today and it didn't disappoint! absolutely delicious! We tried the trio and the duo beef. It was really good. Great food, friendly environment and service! Henry and Edie looked after us and were lovely. We look forward to returning with family members.

The Hole in the Wall is a fantastic pub and one that I would highly recommend if you are looking for great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived the place had a really warm and relaxed feel to it. It’s the kind of pub where you immediately feel comfortable, whether you’re stopping in for a drink or sitting down for a proper meal. The food was excellent and clearly prepared with care. I ordered the ribeye steak cooked in beef dripping, and it was absolutely fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly and was full of flavour, tender, and juicy. Cooking it in beef dripping gave it that extra richness that really made the dish stand out. It’s not something you see everywhere, and it added a real depth of taste that made the meal memorable. The rest of the food looked just as good coming out of the kitchen, and it was clear that the team take real pride in what they serve. The service was also great. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the visit. Everything arrived quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Overall it was a brilliant experience with great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I can’t wait to visit again.
