Overall, the food was good. The prawns were delicious and the service was friendly. However, the pizza had a bit too much cheese for my liking, and the pasta felt a little bland—a squeeze of lemon would have really helped lift the flavors. Still, a pleasant experience!
Gorg pizzas. Diavola is a must every time but the portobello road was also really nice - would have been good to have ham as an options topping. Tiramisu is the BEST. Booked with first table - unfortunately they forgot to add the discount when we paid but did rectify. £6.80 for a bottle of thatchers is an ouch. Blackcurrant soda were supposed to be in pint glasses but came out in small tumblers. Overall great though will continue to visit!
Fabulous everything! We had 4 pizzas and the crab linguine between three hungry boys. The pizzas were fabulous - beautiful base, well presented and some special ingredients (the season special had asparagus, artichoke, peas, lemon oil drizzle and burrata!). We are huge pizza fans and therefore have a lot of experiences to compare this to - and we all agreed that this was a top rated pizza! Top 5 pizzas in Bristol in our opinion. Would highly recommend - particularly with 50% off!
Nice place with a really comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious and the interior looks great. I had the Margherita pizza – very simple and classic Italian style with tomato and mozzarella on a thin crust. Got a student discount as well which was nice. Overall a good spot for a casual lunch.
Visited Pizza on the Park recently and really enjoyed it. It’s a relaxed, local-feel spot with a straightforward menu and good quality pizzas. The bases were well cooked with a nice balance between a soft centre and slightly crisp edges, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of place that’s easy and dependable — great for a casual dinner, takeaway or meeting friends without anything too formal. Service was friendly and everything came out quickly. Overall, a solid neighbourhood pizza option and one I’d happily return to.
