Had a great stay overall , staff very friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Leisure team staff were friendly also but did seem to be having quite the chat when we went to use the pool and were unsure what to do/where to go! Our room was very nice for the price we paid , plenty of plug sockets (which is a must nowadays!) , iron and ironing board in room , shower lovely and warm and plenty of towels supplied - also a lovely touch of full size bottles of shampoo , conditioner , body wash and moisturiser Just a small issue that our toilet had an extremely persistent flush which took about five or six pushes to weakly flush - we only stayed for one night though so this was not much bother.
I had a lovely stay here, stuff was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive throughout with us and amongst each other, making the whole experience very welcoming, peaceful and 5 star standards. Room was clean, bed comfortable, lovely shower and all you might need. I had a welcoming hand written card (being a cabin crew staying to rest between my jearneys)which was such a lovely personal touch. We also had complimentary cookies which was so yammy! Breakfast was fresh and tasty with plenty of choice and lovely coffee/tea selection. I highly recommend to stay here and I looking forward to returning again. Thank you guys so so much!
We had a nice stay at this Doubletree. I was staying for work and brought the family along so they could have a nice couple of days in Bristol. The location was convenient for us even though it is at a distance from the main Bristol attractions. The pool was busy all the time but the jacuzzi was excellent - genuinely hot! We had one of their newer king rooms which was really lovely - well designed, comfortable and with a nice bathroom. Unfortunately the air con wasn’t working which meant we had a bad night’s sleep the first night. We were moved to an older room for the second night which was not as nice. Food in the restaurant was good! We had one evening meal there and had excellent service from Joe and Ana who were really efficient, attentive and helpful. Staff generally were keen to help and sorted issues quickly. They did some printing for me which was very helpful! I think it is a generally well maintained and run hotel.
Had a really pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North. I stayed two night in room 127 A big thank you to Lewis at the front desk for the warm welcome and smooth check-in. He is very polite and he knows meaning of hospitality. At dinner, Anna (the short-haired lady in the restaurant) was fantastic—very attentive and friendly. Special mention as well to Assistant F&B Manager Glein Ferdinandez, who was amazing and made sure everything was perfect. The pool area is great—clean, relaxing, and a lovely place to unwind. The food was also very tasty and well presented. Overall, a great experience with excellent service from the team. Would definitely return!
