Brozen is great, with completely unique drinks and so we've been going probably for the last 5 years or so. Always have a great time. It's a real shame that American tipping culture is infiltrating this place. The drinks are very expensive, which I can about justify with the uniqueness and the effort to create them, fine. But the 'optional tip' (Hint: a tip is not optional if it's included on your bill) is a crappy move. No one is going to feel comfortable enough to challenge that in a social group. The prices on your menu are meaningless if no-one ever pays them. Also, the "what did we do today to make you remove that?" was really unwelcome, further putting pressure on you to tip. Love Brozen, don't like forced tipping culture. Be clear and transparent about pricing and include the whole transaction cost at POS.

I had the best time. Berry Twist sorbet was so sweet and refreshing especially as it started to melt, the hot rum was pure indulgence and the grasshopper gelato finished it all off beautifully. I'll be back for the lebowski!

Very creative way of serving cocktails, and the drinks themselves weren’t too heavy either. We tried a couple of items from the menu, and The Big Lebowski was our favourite. Reservations are recommended. However, we managed to get a table without one — so don’t lose hope 😁

Very cosy atmosphere and the most unique cocktails. The ice-cream style cocktails are very tasty and you get a good portion size, and you can watch them being made with liquid nitrogen :o Shout out to the frozen margaritas, and the vanilla and tonka ice-cream which I genuinely think about on a regular basis. They were also really accommodating with dietary requirements, with vegan and non-alcoholic options. The manager Joe is so nice every time we vist and he's helpful with recommendations.

Love it here. We made a special point to come back since our first visit a few months ago. Love the liquid nitrogen alcoholic ice cream. Ticks all the boxes! The only reason I have rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the toilet could do with some tlc. Just lick of paint and some new Lino and 5 stars await…
