Reviews
Such a lovely place! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a really welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the Fisherman’s Feast to share and it was fantastic. It was a little spicy, but the papaya salad was so fresh and refreshing that it balanced everything out perfectly. The Pad Thai was really saucy and full of flavour. The sea bass in the Samui Seafood was incredibly tender, and the mussels were nice and fresh too. The portions were very generous, the service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly. We had a great experience and would definitely come back!
I had a fantastic experience here. The meal was presented beautifully on a speckled square plate, which made everything look even more appetizing. The curry was perfectly spiced and the chicken satay skewers were cooked to perfection. I really appreciated the fresh vegetable side dish too. It was a lovely, relaxed lunch in the heart of Clifton. I will definitely be coming back soon.
Had a fantastic meal at this spot in Clifton today. The food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully on the unique speckled plates. I was particularly impressed with the chicken satay skewers, which were perfectly cooked and served with a rich, flavourful sauce. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. I will definitely be back soon.
An excellent choice for Mother's Day lunch. We went as a family with two youngsters (8 and 12). The venue was light and airy, and we were given a very cheerful welcome. There was no rush for us to order immediately. There was also no pressure to drink. We ordered water, which, unlike most places, the servers presumed we wanted tap water rather than bottled, and was regularly topped up. We also ordered o e mocktail, made.with mango and ginger ale. That was delicious. We.decided to start with 3 dishes from the big bites to share between us. One pork dumplings, the pork belly and the tall husband's favourite. All.of these were eagerly devoured, betel leaf and all. They were well cooked and worth every penny. The pork belly was a particularly good choice. We enjoyed this with prawn crackers. A totally different flavour and texture compared to the standard ones from a local takeaway. For the main course we again shared, this time the Samui seafood and a mix of seafood from the lunch menu. Again, delicious, although the muscles were just a little overcooked, something easily done in a compilation dish. That didn't spoil the enjoyment or experience. We were still.a little.hungry, so went back to the small but mighty section for duck spring rolls, squid tentacles and hawker style pork skewers. Of these three, the undoubtedly star was the spring rolls. Thick, fully stuffed and a brilliant flavour. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable meal that the kids enjoyed as much as the adults.
Penang Slow Cooked Beef curry was soooo good. Pad Thai also blew my mind. I loved the unique taste of the icecream, hoping to try others next time. The staffs also looked so cute in their traditional uniform and they were very friendly. A huge bonus point for their attention to detail, look how they packed the takeaway food for meee (takeaway bag was also soo cute. i just don’t have the picture)🥺 1000/10
