We visited Lamaya for a Lebanese dinner and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and kind throughout the evening. The food was simply amazing. We enjoyed a selection of starters and delicious meat dishes, and everything was full of flavour, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every dish was tasty and well executed. A special mention goes to the lamb, which was absolutely outstanding… tender, flavourful, and definitely one of the highlights of the meal. We would highly recommend Lamaya and will certainly come back again.

The food was nice, we shared the vegan platter and had a couple of other mezza dishes. The platter was generally ok, but really annoyingly we got three falafel and one chilli. On a sharing platter for two! The ful moudammas was nice, the cheese sambousek expensive (very small and over two pounds each, but at least there were four of them). The desserts were a let down. The menu states they are home-made (which I always think a little bizarre in a restaurant) but they looked and tasted like something from a supermarket. Quite busy, very noisy. I would probably go there again, but not bother with dessert.

Service was attentive, quick and friendly. Food was so tasty & cooked well. Generous portions. The cocktails were amazing, especially the pomegranate storm! Defo recommend & will return when next in Bristol. Thank you!

Lamaya in Bristol was a lovely spot for lunch, with a warm and relaxed atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The interior has a cosy, inviting feel, with soft lighting, comfortable booth seating, greenery, and a nice view into the kitchen area, which made the restaurant feel welcoming without being too formal. The lunch menu had a great range of Lebanese options, including power bowls, wraps, platters, salads, burgers, and mini desserts. There was a good mix of meat, vegetarian, and vegan choices, which made it easy to find something for everyone. The menu felt fresh and varied, with dishes like chicken shawarma, falafel, halloumi, hummus, fattoush salad, and baklava all standing out. The restaurant itself felt clean, nicely presented, and comfortable for either a casual lunch or a relaxed meal with friends. The warm lighting and nicely set tables gave it a more special feel than a standard lunch stop. Overall, Lamaya is a great place in Bristol for tasty Lebanese food in a comfortable and stylish setting. I would happily go back, especially to try more of the lunch platters and desserts.

My wife, son, his partner and I enjoyed an early Friday evening dinner. The restaurant was reasonably full with a good, but not too noisy, atmosphere. Service was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. We ordered a range of dishes and all were delicious. We also enjoyed a delightful bottle of Lebanese red wine.
